2. Hosting and server logs

This website is served via Cloudflare Pages. The provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.

When you visit the website, Cloudflare processes technical data that is generated with every connection, in particular your IP address and traffic data. Without this data, the site cannot be served to your browser. Cloudflare also uses it to protect the website and its own network against attacks.

Cloudflare processes this data on our behalf. A data processing agreement under the GDPR is in place with Cloudflare; it is part of Cloudflare’s terms of service. Where Cloudflare processes data for its own purposes, Cloudflare’s privacy policy applies (cloudflare.com/privacypolicy).

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to provide the website reliably, quickly and securely.

The data may be transferred to the USA. Cloudflare, Inc. is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; the European Commission has recognized an adequate level of data protection for such transfers (Art. 45 GDPR). Cloudflare has also entered into the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Cloudflare does not state a fixed retention period for this connection data. According to Cloudflare, it is only stored for as long as necessary for the purposes mentioned.

3. No cookies, no tracking

This website does not set cookies and uses no tracking or analytics tools. Fonts and images come from the same server as the site. No content from other providers is loaded.

4. Links to other providers

The links to Google Play, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and the terms of use are plain links. No connection to these sites is made when this website loads. Only when you click a link are you taken there, and their privacy policies apply. The email link opens your email app. If you write to us, we process your message and email address only to reply to you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. Your rights

You have the rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and the right to object. You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

6. Data security

Data is transmitted in encrypted form (HTTPS/TLS).
